MV Title/Licensing:
Automobile, truck, mobile homes, motor homes & trailers over 2000# are titled.  Small trailers (those under 2000#) are issued a registration only.

Tax Dates:
One tax statement is mailed each year.  Taxes are due in September (first half) & March (second half).  Partial payments may be setup by contacting our office.  A 1.5% penalty per month attaches when either half becomes delinquent. If you are mailing the payment, the postmark must be in the month the payment is due or you will have penalty attached.  The exception is when the last day of the month is on a weekend.  You then have the next business day.

Tax Sale:
The third Monday in June is the annual tax sale of outstanding property taxes, mobile homes, manufactured homes, special assessments & rates or charges.
