Classes will be held at the Audubon County Memorial Hospital cafeteria starting Tuesday, September 10, 2019 from 1:30-3:30 pm. Classes will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays. Cost is $20 for all 8 sessions.
You will learn to view falls as controllable, set goals for increasing activity, make changes to reduce fall risks at home, and exercise to increase strength and balance.
