October is Manufacturing Month! Modern manufacturing environments are often thought of as dark, dangerous factories designed for low-skilled workers. Manufacturing Month addresses this misconception by giving manufacturers an opportunity to open their doors and show what manufacturing is all about! Manufacturing is making a comeback in the U.S. Company initiatives, as well as federal and state policies, support new technologies that make American manufacturing globally competitive, creating businesses and jobs across the country and right here in your own backyard.
Quality Machine of Iowa celebrates this momentum driven by innovation and invites you to an Open House to get a firsthand look at cutting edge manufacturing. The Open House will be held at Quality Machine of Iowa Headquarters, 1040 4th Avenue, Audubon, Iowa on October 26th, with tours given from 9am to Noon. Attendees will learn more about the manufacturing industry, manufacturing careers, and Quality Machine of Iowa’s contributions to our communities.
