$39,770 Granted to Audubon County Nonprofit Agencies
Brett Irlmeier, Chair of the Audubon County Community Foundation, is pleased to announce that $39,770 in grants was awarded to Audubon County nonprofit agencies. With these grants, the Audubon County Community Foundation has distributed over $1.2 million in grants and scholarships over the last 14 years.
On November 14, 2014, AMVC, Landmands Bank and Audubon State Bank each gave a significant donation to the Audubon County Economic Development (ACED) housing project for the demolition and improvement of properties in Audubon County.
Brett Irlmeier, Chair of the Audubon County Community Foundation, is pleased to announce a new endowment fund with the ACCF. The Exira-Elk Horn-Kimballton School District Foundation Endowed Fund was created by Exira resident Marvin Jorgensen. The fund will ultimately benefit the students of the newly formed school district.

The deadline to apply for funds through a grant application process is September 1st. We are pleased to announce we have $39,770 allocated for this fall grant cycle, said Irlmeier.
