Audubon

LOCATION

Audubon is located in western Iowa. US Highway 71 provides a direct connection to Interstate 80 that is just 16 miles south. Audubon is midway between Des Moines, IA and Omaha, NE/Council Bluffs, IA. The county of Audubon is located in the midst of one of the world's most fertile agricultural areas. Many companies are taking advantage of our favorable economic climate to produce and market their goods and services nationally and internationally. We have safe, friendly communities; good schools; wide-open spaces; excellent health care facilities; and outdoor recreation. A place where wildlife and bike trails are plentiful; but traffic is not.
